ESET Business account - Network Error

Hello,

Our company has 1 license for 28 devices.

I've installed:

- 9 devices: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 8.1.2031.0

- 1 device: ESET Server Security v. 8.0.12003.0

(I also have 3 devices with old versions of ESET Nod32 Antivirus - WinXP machines I can not update)

But in the Dashboard of EBA I always see : 

0 Licenses / 0 Managed users / 0 Sites / 0 Activated devices

And when I go to "Activated devices" - I can see nothing but the arrows keep spinning...

Also in the dashboard I see 12/28 (12 Activated / 28 Ordered)...
And if I go to LICENSES > ... > Show details  > Activated devices - I see the permanent error "Network error. Please reload and try again", and the arrows spinning in the center of the window.....

Can you please explain where do I go wrong and how can I set my devices in order to see and manage them in EBA?

Hello, the issue should be fixed, and you should see all of the details in EBA. Per the developers, it was a manifest of an older issue, that is fixed already.
