I've installed: - 9 devices: ESET Endpoint Antivirus 8.1.2031.0 - 1 device: ESET Server Security v. 8.0.12003.0 (I also have 3 devices with old versions of ESET Nod32 Antivirus - WinXP machines I can not update) But in the Dashboard of EBA I always see : 0 Licenses / 0 Managed users / 0 Sites / 0 Activated devices And when I go to "Activated devices" - I can see nothing but the arrows keep spinning... Also in the dashboard I see 12/28 (12 Activated / 28 Ordered)... And if I go to LICENSES > ... > Show details > Activated devices - I see the permanent error "Network error. Please reload and try again", and the arrows spinning in the center of the window..... Can you please explain where do I go wrong and how can I set my devices in order to see and manage them in EBA?
