Problems with remote agent on ESMC server not connecting to ESMC

Recommended Posts

Hi there. I'm having trouble with getting ERA Agent on the PC running ESMC to connect the the server itself.

Originally, the Agent service refused to start. But reinstalling fixed this issue. I'm now getting the below in the status.....

Last authentication 2021-Oct-15 08:13:51 Enrollment failed with error: Request: Era.Common.Services.Authentication.RPCEnrollmentRequest on connection: host: "Kat-PC.ivorsolution.co.uk" port: 2222 with proxy set as: Proxy: Connection: :3128, Credentials: Name: , Password: ******, Enabled:0, EnabledFallback:1, failed with error code: 14, error message: Connect Failed, and error details:

  • All replication attempts: 13

The agent had been connected with no problems up until July this year. Peer certificate is fine.

Any help appreciated.

Same issue, noticed that sometimes ESMC refuses connections from Management Agents on port 2222, after a while it comes back online, but in the process some of the agents "die". Any ideas?
