Can someone inform me please the circumstances that can cause this while the eset on the device itself is already in setting connected to myeset. zim2323 0 Posted November 12, 2021 Share Posted November 12, 2021 I'm having similar sporadic issue with my ESET install. Not only am I seeing that my device is "Not Connected" in ESET Home, while still showing connected in the local install, but I'm also seeing massive device counts in the Device section.
