Task - Wrong last execution time

Some time ago I created a module update task and now I noticed that there is a wrong date in the panel. The date on the system and other events is correct . Unfortunately, I cannot add an attachment because .. adding attachments does not work

I was able to copy / paste a screenshot. What happens if you try to paste it or add an attachment? Do you get an error?
