ESET blocking api subdomain for website

Hello, we are building an ecommerce website for a client, we have the backend server on a subdomain api.lpvservice.ro and for some reason it is blocked by esset. I`ve scanned everything on virustotal to see if we have any problem and it comes back as 100% clean. How can we whitelist this because it's a false positive.
