Could you please assit us in setting up email notification from ESET control managament?

What kind of notifications would you like to receive? Or you'd like to get reports from ESET PROTECT emailed to an email address?

notification such as:

if a system is infected

if there are updates that need to installed.

 

and they to be sent to an email address.

 

Also on another note,

can we prevent applications/programs installs via ESET cloud console?

The question is what "infected system" means. Normally it should be when a threat is active and running, ie. when it was not detected and blocked or when it was detected but cleaning failed.

If you want to receive notifications about every detection directly from Endpoint, you can configure SMTP notifications in the advanced setup -> Notifications -> Email notifications.

Or you can set up various threat-related reports in the ESET PROTECT console -> Reports or Notifications.
