The problem appeared with the release of ESET Endpoint Security version 8.1.2031.0.
If you install ESET Endpoint Security without component "Web access protection", the program will constantly display a warning that this component is not enabled.
Is this a bug? Is there any way to solve this problem?

Yes, it's a known bug (P_EESW-7469). However, we strongly recommend keeping Web access protection installed and enabled at all times, otherwise you open doors for Internet-borne threats to get to endpoints or users who may enter sensitive information on phishing or scam websites which would not be blocked.
