How to prevent user from "Disable Real-time Protection"

Dear all,

May I know is there anyway that we can prevent the user from disabling the real-time protection? Example only Admin have the rights to disable it? Or need password to disable it?

You can enable password protection and / or apply particular settings via a policy to lock them out on endpoints.
