Need some help please

After years of using Comodo Internet Security , I got tired of it and decided to upgrade my computer security , and since yesterday I have installed a trial version of Eset Internet Security on my laptop. I am quite overwhelmed by it's extensive settings , so I was wondering if someone here , is willing to help me with configuring the program the correct way? help is very much apreciated , and thanks in advance for all of your help!
