Cannot login to eset, callback loop

Hello!
I recently purchased my computer (2 days ago) and when I bought it I also got an eset security plan.
I have tried to create an account to set it up, however when I try to login in my browser gets stuck in a constant callback loop where the site never actually loads.

What browser do you use? If Firefox, does pressing Ctrl+F5 when the issue occurs make a difference?
