Nod32 7 Blocking Myob Payroll

Hi,

 

I have NOD32 Antivirus 7.0.317.4 which does not let my Payroll application to start, meaning everything works with NOD disabled.

I added the .exe file I run to start Payroll and the directory with the file to Advanced setup => Computer => Real-time file system protection => Exclusions => Add with no effect.

 

Can you suggest further steps?

 

System setup:

HP ProDesk 600

8Gb RAM

64 bit Win 7

 

I have another computer with 64 bit Win 7 and NOD32 5.0.95.0 and it is not blocking Payroll by default, no exclusions.

Does the problem go away after disabling HIPS and restarting the computer? Or you need to disable another protection module to make it work?
