GetFile: Failed to process HTTP request (error code: 20014, previous: 20014, url: 'hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1/com/eset/apps/business/era/agent/v8/8.1.1223.0/agent_x64.msi')

Getting above error while updating Agent version to 8.1, server and protect is already upgraded to 8.1

Agent connecting  through a proxy, client is behind a firewall, agent's http communication is also permitted on firewall. but still getting the error.

Can they download it  directly through a web browser from one of the computers having a problem?  or remote in and do invoke-webrequest in powershell ?
