Renewing Eset nod32 antivirus to Eset Internet Security

My Nod32 Antivirus is due to expire in 2 days. I'd like to switch to the Internet Security version but I'm unsure if I'm allowed to renew my license if I switch products. If I purchase the Internet Security version will it be renewing my license or like I'm purchasing a new license.

Please contact your local ESET distributor for information about the price for upgrade from EAV to EIS. You might want to consider upgrading to ESET Smart Security Premium which will bring a new protection feature in v15 soon.
