Eset will NOT update to 14.2.23 on Multiple PCs

Eset NOD32 version 14.2.19 will NOT update to the latest version 14.2.23, even after clearing the update cache, on several Windows 8.1 machines.  This is an Eset bug that needs to be addressed. Manual download and install is also NOT possible, because the newest installer is STILL version 4.2.19 or older.  Please address.  Thank You.

@Marcos posted a couple of days ago that ver. 14.2.23 was pulled from the Eset update servers due to a technical issue: https://forum.eset.com/topic/29380-how-long-does-it-take-to-get-an-update-after-release/?do=findComment&comment=137854 .

However, this mislabeled 14.2.10 offline installer is actually 14.2.23

How did you verify this download was indeed ver. 14,2.23? As posted above, I do believe this is indeed ver. 14.2.10.

14.2.23 is available to download.

I believe that download is ver.14.2.10 and Eset forgot to update the download information.

"Marcos posted a couple of days ago that ver. 14.2.23 was pulled from the Eset update servers due to a technical issue."  THANK YOU.

"How did you verify this download was indeed ver. 14,2.23?"
I ran it, and in the lower left corner of the splash screen was the version number.

Appears to be a typical Eset update "snafu." They only updated the off-line download documentation and forgot to pull ver. 14.2.23 from their servers.

Yea, this whole issues seems to be a snafu. There's apparently an issue with 14.2.23 serious enough that they prevent those not on it already from updating to it, but then haven't provided a downgrade option to those using it, and then say don't worry, it's only a problem in very specific circumstances. Not very reassuring.

Looks like what is loaded on the Eset off-line download servers is actually ver. 12.2. 23. Start reading here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/29428-chrome-blocked-by-firewall-only-pause-firewall-allows-back-in/?do=findComment&comment=138035
