I can't access ESET on this computer, licence is valid, OK on my other computer

I installed Eset on 3 different computers 2 are working fine, but when I went to one of the computers tonight ESET has disappeared from it and even though it shows under my programs files I can't get it to load - help

I'd recommend carrying out as follows:
1, Uninstall ESET in safe mode using the ESET Uninstall tool.
2, Install the latest version of your ESET product from scratch.
