Site Blocking

I have a case where I have to release only one site, the rest is blocked at the stations, but even doing the complete release of the domain, the site is not fully released.

The website is not blocked and opens fine. Unfortunately it is not clear what you mean by that it was not fully released. Please clarify.

Okay, the site is released... I have an environment where I need only this site to be released and the rest of the connections to be blocked... I created a policy in ESET PROTECT Cloud to release this website and block other connections but site just loads and doesn't open.

You're likely still blocking content on that page from another site.  Use your browser's developer console to find out what needs whitelisting.

Please provide a screen shot of the alert as well as the appropriate record from logs related to the detection or block.
