Please help with webcam access request

Yesterday I received a request from a program called PR Doc Module (if I remember correctly) to access my webcam. I absentmindedly clicked Allow Access (thinking my husband must have requested it for a webinar or something). The same message popped up again, which I then blocked access too.  I didn't think much about it, but last night when I woke up I saw my laptop screen was "on".  I have a protective cover over my webcam anyway and this morning I ran a virus check, but does this mean that my computer is now safe?

Unfortunately we don't know the app PR Doc Module so we can't tell if allowing access was safe or not.
