illyrians 0 Posted July 12, 2021 Posted July 12, 2021 Hello, I have the same issue as in here: I have deleted all of the users from all the Mapped Security Groups and asked them to connect with their AD credentials. This is the behavior: 1. It works at the first time (they're asked to go through the set up,...) Audit logs: 2021 Jul 12 16:57:42 Native user Login attempt Authenticating native user 'xxxxx'. Access denied 2021 Jul 12 16:57:06 Domain group Logout Logging out domain user 'xxxxxx'. Success xxxxx 2021 Jul 12 16:55:59 Domain group Logout Logging out domain user xxxxxxx'. Success xxxxxx 2. If the user logs out, and tries to connect again, it doesn't connect them anymore. (see logs above) When they try to connect back in, they're considered "native users" ... Anyone with a similar experience? Thank you,
