Mapped Security Groups - No Ad sync

Hello, 

I have the same issue as in here: 
 


I have deleted all of the users from all the Mapped Security Groups and asked them to connect with their AD credentials. 

This is the behavior: 

1. It works at the first time (they're asked to go through the set up,...) 

Audit logs:

Native user
Login attempt

Access denied

Domain group
Logout
Logging out domain user 'xxxxxx'.
Success

Domain group
Logout
Logging out domain user xxxxxxx'.
Success
xxxxxx



2. If the user logs out, and tries to connect again, it doesn't connect them anymore. (see logs above)

When they try to connect back in, they're considered "native users" ... 

Anyone with a similar experience?

The issue started after upgrading the console. 

Current Versions: 
 

ESET PROTECT (Server), Version 8.1 (8.1.2209.0)
ESET PROTECT (Web Console), Version 8.1 (8.1.221.0)
