Removing ESET Lock in Andriod Smartphone under Anti-Theft due to Replacement of Sim Card by Telecom Subscriber

My ESET License expired on April 15, 2021. When my Telecom Subscriber replaced my Sim Card to the new 5G Card last June 21,2021 the Anti-Theft feature of my expired ESET antivirus  application in my Samsung A50 Andriod Smartphone locked off my phone. We tried to unlock the phone following the instructions set by ESET, to no avail. How was this possible when my ESET Antivirus subscription already expired two months before. I am unable to use my Samsung A50 phone. ESET please help
