Activation Error

hi

i have installed eset mobile security on my phone. and also bought an 1 year license for it.

but when i pen the app it wants to activate the free license no other options and when i proceed with the app it asks for detection of potentialy unwanted programs and my email (i cant change my email. it reads it from my accounts) and then i tap activate button. it gives me an error stating this :

communication errorinvalid data was entered. please re enter the data again (21002)

what data is invalid exactly? and what can i do to fix this and apply my 1 year license?

Try downloading the App from ESET's website.

Hello,

ESET does not do business in Iran, as mentioned in this message thread. This is why the software fails to activate.

I would suggest that you contact whomever you bought the license from and request a refund.
