Internal error occurred while submitting license key

When i try to enter the license key, it shows internal error occured (ACT.15). Can I get help in solving this?

It appears the screen shot you posted shows your existing installed Eset Public License ID.

What @Marcos requires is the Public License ID of the license you recently purchased and trying to activate. This would have been included in an e-mail sent to you shortly after license purchase time.

I was unable to find any recently purchased license registered to your email address. If you have purchased a renewal, the license key should stay same but there is no such license on files.

Please provide a receipt or another proof of purchase in a private message.

i brought the key via amazon. so how can i know the public license id. I didnt renew the license instead i brought another activation code from amazon

You can drop me a personal message with what you received from the seller, however, there's a chance it was a scam. We recommend purchasing a license only from authorized ESET partners and sellers.
