itman 1,799 Posted July 4, 2021 Posted July 4, 2021 It appears the screen shot you posted shows your existing installed Eset Public License ID. What @Marcos requires is the Public License ID of the license you recently purchased and trying to activate. This would have been included in an e-mail sent to you shortly after license purchase time.

If you have purchased a renewal, the license key should stay same but there is no such license on files. Please provide a receipt or another proof of purchase in a private message.

We recommend purchasing a license only from authorized ESET partners and sellers.
