Desktop shows Not active, but it is active

Licence 7 PC's. Three show not active but I use them every day. Why do they show not active and I can not change them to active.

Any help c.q. suggestions are welcome.

Please provide a screen shot for clarification. Where do you see inactive units or whatever you meant?

I have the same on 2 computers on Windows 10. ESET Ver.14.2.19.0

Do you have these devices connected to your my.eset.com account?

Yes, both computers are connected to the account.

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same problem as g313 and Vanburan just described, I already posted about this on the 5th of june, but nothing has changed since than although I was given a promise that this issue will be solved soon and we will be informed about that matter, I guess It's a bug. Hopefully we will get some feedback this time.
