Eset Internet Security is not showing the Interactive Window after finishing the scan if there is a full screen software running

Hi,

This is happening all the time not just one time.

I am using Eset Internet Security scan with the setting "Always ask the end-user" to manually choose clean, delete or ignore actions for the threats.

1- Normally EIS shows Interactive Window all the time if it is working alone (no other full screen software).

2- If EIS is scanning while there is a software which is running in full screen, it scans normally and shows Interactive Window if I close or minimize the software that is working full screen before EIS is finishing the scan.

3- If EIS is scanning while there is a software which is running in full screen, it scans normally and but it does not show Interactive Window if EIS is finished the scanning before closing or minimizing the software that is working full screen.

 

In the end EIS shows only log of the scan, no Interactive Window, no other options for the found threats in the log file and all the found threats are ignored.
