Updating Management Agent

If have just updated my Protect server to 8.1.221.0

Now when I push out the update to the management agent, I get the message on the end point 

"EST Management Agent Module on you computer has been modified and is now trying to communicate with the network"

In all the updates I have done in the past I have never seen this before.

Obviously this is preventing me from rolling out the updated agent to the end users as the process is usually invisible to them
