Zyxel USG 50 confict with Internet Security

I have a Zyxel USG 50 and it seems to be in conflict Internet Security. What happened was both Edge and Chrome keep crashing. Both browsers closes immediately when I opened it. I uninstalled the Internet Security and both browsers worked fine.

I after reinstalling the Internet Security, same thing happen, both browsers close immediately after I tried opening them.

Why is this happening? Thanks

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector for a start. After uninstalling EIS and installing it from scratch did you use default EIS settings? Does temporarily disabling HIPS and rebooting the machine make a difference? If not, what about advanced scanning of scripts in the Web access protection setup?
