mchief153 0 Posted June 13, 2021 Posted June 13, 2021 Hello, we have the following issue with one of our clients: even though we are admins with admin rights/access, we can't access the HIPS settings. We only have read access to them. Same goes for application protocol content filtering. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Administrators Marcos 5,461 Posted June 13, 2021 Administrators Posted June 13, 2021 What does it mean that you cannot access HIPS settings? This is not possible only if settings are protected with a password or locked by a policy which is indicated by a padlock icon.
mchief153 0 Posted June 13, 2021 Author Posted June 13, 2021 Ah okay I see; we don't have a password set for the settings, but we see the padlock icon besides those two settings. So it is assumable that we have some policies set which cause these restrictions?
