Not receiving Reset Password email for my lost password

I forgot my password to logon to my Eset Smart Security Premium account. I’ve attempted to reset the password several times, but I never receive the ‘reset password’ email in order to do so. I’ve checked my Spam and Junk Mail folders and they aren’t showing up there either. Please send the ‘reset password’ link to the email provided with this message, which corresponds to the email address on the account.

Please drop me a private message with your my.eset.com email address. There is no my.eset.com account with your forum or license registration email address.
