Activation failed - Expired license

Hi, two weeks ago I purchased the full license a few days before the free trial was to expire. However, whenever I put in the license key and try to activate it, the program tells me "You have entered an expired license key." But I paid for it, I got the confirmation email that says that key is supposed to expire next year. I've contacted support twice and haven't heard anything back, I'm starting to get really frustrated. Does anyone have any ideas, either for getting it to actually work or for getting support to respond to me? I'd rather not dispute the charge, but I will if I have to.

Your ESET license runs out in May 2022. We have re-sent the license email to you registration email address ba.......21@yahoo.com.

As for not getting a response from the US support, did you receive a confirmation email with a ticket ID after raising a ticket with the US customer care?
