After device reset licence key is lost

Hello I have now tried this twice with two keys, and it simply doesnt work. After I remove licence from a device I get a new key displayed and a message that it will be send to my email. The second part never happened, I never got the new key to my email. Now my key is lost because I expected it in my mail, so I didnt write it down. Also when I fill in my email to https://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-license/ I get 
An error occurred in sending your request.
Please, contact the technical support here https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/.

Filling the apparently does nothing as well. Everything is working as expected.

You should not get this message unless you check the box to reset the license key. However, this should be only used if your license key has leaked and other unauthorized persons may be using it.
