Rose 0 Posted June 6, 2021 Posted June 6, 2021 I notice that some people have upgraded their antivirus to version 14.2.10.0 but this version has not yet been released on the East site! How can I upgrade to this version? or latest version?

Eset does recommend it as this is newer changes and they want to know if there are any issues. If not enough people are using it it's hard to know if there are any issues. Also program updates (not definition updates) tend to be rolled out gradually, often countywise. This also can help with issues e.g. they roll out to some people and someone finds an issue so they can halt and fix it which would be more problematic if rolled out to everyone.
