jkaigler 0
I am install ESET AV 6.10.910 on macOS 11.3.1 and get a prompt to allow full disk access. I have followed the instructions from [KB7324] Deploy ESET Endpoint products for macOS using Jamf Pro but still get the prompt. We are using JAMF Pro to deploy the config profile. Also getting a prompt to allow allow proxy when installing. Any ideas on resolving this? Thanks!
Administrators Marcos 5,394 Posted June 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted June 4, 2021 I would recommend opening a support ticket with your local ESET distributor if nobody has an idea.

Administrators Marcos 5,394 Posted August 4, 2021 Administrators Share Posted August 4, 2021 Please find updated deployment instructions at https://help.eset.com/ees_mac/6.10/en-US/install_remote.html If you need to remove a particular component as a workaround to certain issues, instructions how to do it can be found at https://help.eset.com/ees_mac/6.10/en-US/remote_installation_package.html. However, we don't recommend removing components as a permanent solution but rather as an interim workaround. We recommend that you contact customer care and report the issues you are having with a particular component. We will do our best to fix the issue(s) if there are no technical obstacles.
