Identify which workstation tag as spam a mail

Recommended Posts

Hi,

i'm facing a strange behaviour.

On a shared mailbox, some mails are tagged as spam. But don't know which workstation (user) is tagging the mail as SPAM.

How can i found it ?

The individual whitelist/blacklist is configured (not the global), but where can i see it for each Workstation from the ERAPROTECT ?)

Thank you for your help,

If ESET is installed on multiple machines and the Outlook plug-in scans emails in a shared folder, it may be scanned by any of the clients, depending on which accesses a particular email. If an email is incorrectly reported as spam, you can report it to nospam[at]eset.com or via your local ESET distributor.
