Every time I open chrome it takes about 10 - 15 seconds

Hi, I have a little problem here from I believe it was the last update, whenever I open chrome for the first time (it doesn't happen only when it is minimalized) it takes about 10 - 15 seconds to load. When my pc starts before the eset logo when I open chrome it opens almost immediately. After eset has loaded it, it takes about mentioned 10 to 15 seconds to open. At this point I don't know what to do. I will provide  / do things you ask me to fix this. Regards and thanks.

This is almost normal
And the delay can be low or without feeling depending on your hardware

Does pausing real-time protection make a difference?

What about temporarily disabling HIPS and rebooting the machine? If that doesn't make any difference either, try uninstalling ESET completely for a test.
