Renovation paid and not received

I’ve recently received notification that I had my ESET license renewed, even with a credit card debit. However, every time I check my eset account there’s no renewal information but also my licenses are expired. 

The e-mail I received was sent by GooglePlay and contains a billing number, but no license number.

Google Play licenses are handled by Google itself. If your GP email has not changed and you've renewed your existing license, your license should have been extended by the period for which you purchased the renewal.

Unfortunately you have posted in the guest forum which is intended only for quick questions. One of this forum rules reads:
