Real-time file system protection is non-functional Linux (Ubuntu 18.04.5)

Hello

We have a problem enabling Real-time file system protection on our Linux server. We can see alert in our console "Real-time file system protection is non-functional"

Secure boot is enabled so we followed the instruction : https://help.eset.com/efs/8/en-US/secure-boot.html. So ESET File Security 8 for Linux (EFS) kernel module is signed with a private key. We have reinstalled eset on this machine but the error still shows up.

i have "customer_info" collected on the affected machine  and I sent this data through your contact form (https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/) a few weeks ago but I didn't get any reply or even confirmation of my ticket. Today I re-submitting a ticket through this site but it looks like these messages are not being sent..

After opening a support ticket you should have received a confirmation email with the ticket number. Did you receive it? What was the ticket number?

I did not get anything. After I hit the "Send" button on the site. the page reloads and the entire form is blank:

I also tried the Polish equivalent of this form.(https://www.eset.com/pl/support/contact-support/) but it looks the same after I complete all the data and click "send"/"Wyślij"  , the page is reloaded and the form becomes empty. There is no information that the ticket has been sent. I tried both in Chrome and Firefox

Can anyone tell me how can i solve this problem? I don't want to post files publicly on the forum. so if the form doesn't work. maybe some direct mail where I could send these log files ?

Only ESET people have access to any files you upload on the forum.

Yeah without file it worked so i have ticket number 0861894 in response to confirmation, I sent the file "customer_info"
