Debian 10, ESET Mail Security 4.5.16

OS version: Linux 4.19.0-12-amd64 x86_64
System time: 2021-05-25 16:05:26 UTC
Product version: 4.5.16 Check new version
Virus database: 23353 (20210525)
Licensed products: ESET Mail Security

i disable all logs

#syslog_facility = "daemon"
#syslog_class = "error:warning"


but in daemon log i have many of this

info="decompression could not complete (possible reasons: insufficient free memory or disk space, or a problem with temp folders)", avstatus="not scanned", hop="accepted"

Please collect logs as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb6159 and raise a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. Either the amount of free RAM was insufficient or there was a problem creating temporary files.

Also please note that EMSL 4.5 will reach EOL at the end of this year as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3592.
