I'm looking for a virus scanner. That can take care of my computer Automatic scanning when turning on the machine is even better.

Can you recommend it to me?

Any ESET product performs startup scans. I'd recommend using ESET Smart Security Premium but if you don't need premium features, you can go for ESET Internet Security. I would not go for ESET NOD32 Antivirus which doesn't contain Network attack protection (it's limited to http/https only in that product).
