Can't activate or execute any task (stuck in planning state) on enrolled mobile device

Hello!

I was installing and configuring Mobile Device Connector yesterday. I am able now to enroll devices with activation code sent in e-mail.

The issue come after enrollment. All my tasks (including activation) stuck in palanning state. Although the device check in every few hours, the tasks never start.

Hello,

Please contact customer care, this is nothing we can solve over forum and without logs.

What comes to mind is that previous versions did not have MariaDB installation prevented and it caused issues "like" this.

Hello,

I've solved the problem with the help of the local ESET support team. I just had to update all the components on my Server (ESMC to Protect etc.)
