How to remove child from my eset portal

I used Parental control for my kids, but stopped using it now. I removed the PC app from their smartphones, but cannot find a method to remove the data from the my.eset control panel. I want to remove the kids information totally. Please show me the way 🙂

Please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. Currently it's not possible to remove Parental Control data without deleting the my.eset.com account.
