how do i tell eset nod32 antivirus which apps to trust?

when im launching red dead redemption 2 i need to turn off my eset nod32 antivirus and its very annoying does somebody know how can i tell the program to trust this game?

Do you use the original game or a cracked one? ESET should not alert you in case of original game. However, if you use a cracked version it's likely that the crack has also some malicious functionalities which is why it was detected.

Please provide the appropriate record from the Detection log.
