Network protection troubleshooting issues

There seems to be a small problem with my network protection troubleshooting. Both SSDP discovery and DHCP client have been blocked many times. The request originator seems to be svchost.exe. Requests including my router have also been blocked. I want to know what's going on. Thank you.

SSDP is allowed in the trusted zone by default. Do you have more computers in LAN? Check Known networks settings and set the network as Home/office network.

Is the problem with DHCPv4 or DHCPv6 connections or both?
