Outlook has high CPU usage for a long time when Antispam Protection enabled

Hi,

I am now using ESET Internet Security 14.1.19.0. When I enable the Antispam Protection function, I find that Outlook (Version 2103 (Internal version 13901.20462)) will have HIGH CPU consumption (around 20%-30% ) for a long time (see Picture 1). When Antispam Protection is disabled, Outlook typically uses very little CPU (see Picture 2).

Based on these findings, I  think this problem is most likely related to ESET's Antispam Protection.

Actually, this issue is present in the ESET 14.0 version. I contacted ESET's customer service a few weeks ago, but received no response. After upgrading to 14.1 version, this issue persists.

I hope ESET can look into this issue and provide a solution.

Thanks.

Please carry on as follows:
- reproduce the issue
- enable advanced oper. system logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics
- disable logging after 1-2 minutes
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector
- upload the generated archive to a safe location and drop me a private message with a download link.
