No response from Corporate for Licensing

Hello, I am a consultant.....I cannot get a call back or email from Corporate to renew a client license...(I have many others coming due)

I have called 6 times and nothing....Can someone here get me in touch with Renewals....Thanks!!

I cannot get to renew a client license. And dl.eurosecure.com is down.

I have called 4 times and nothing happen

Did you call (844) 824-3738- Option 1 to contact sales? If you have created a ticket, please provide me with its ID. If not, drop me a personal message with your phone number and I'll pass it to colleagues from ESET LLC to call you.

The Swedish website is https://www.eset.com/se/ and it opened alright for me.

Now it's about 16:30 GMT which is probably already after working hours in Sweden.

In Sweden vi have to go to hxxp://dl.eurosecure.com/?id=5501100001&r=Ee9Mx9P&c=se to renew

a licens and as you see it is down. I have mail and call them this morning and they would call back.

Is it any changes? Another website?

Since the above url doesn't belong to ESET but to Eurosecure, the Swedish ESET distributor, it's necessary to contact them. We at ESET have no information about how their systems work.
