Synapse blocking Win64/Packed.Themida.L

So I have been trying to run a utility script executor (trusted script executor for roblox, you can view it on virustotal, that its not a virus.)

I have been getting the error saying that it has found a malicious file called Win64/Packed.Themida.L

 

Now, it's most likely detected because this executor has a trojan like update system. It has files in it, that hook in updates to fix any patches in less than 10-15 minutes, that have been made by the game. I have been trying to add an expection to the file, but I don't know where and how. Please tell me. The app is trusted, I have used it alot. I could turn off real time protection but I don't want to expose my computer to any actual viruses, if I have any.
