Explorer.exe communicating with a malicious server

I keep getting this message multiple times a day. Kind of worried what it means but I can't find anything on Google about it. Does anyone know what it means and if I need to do something to get rid of it?

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector so that we have more details about the blocked communication.

Eset maintains an internal blacklist of known IP addresses/domains of botnet servers. Next time the alert appears, mouse click on "server" in the alert message. Copy the IP Address or URL shown and paste it into your next reply.
