From ESET Internet Security 2020 - 13.0.22.0, the PayPal payment method and others will not work with DHL

Recommended Posts

Hello, I've been using ESET Internet Security for years.

Now I have registered with DHL, if I buy a parcel stamp there I can pay for it with several payment methods.

Preferably with PayPal at the bottom is the PaPaPal button you have to check the box then a few points run for about 3 to 5 seconds and you can click on the button and you will be redirected to the PayPal login.

This no longer works since version ESET Internet Security 2020 - 13.0.22.0 and every version after that.

The points run run run run and the button is not released.

Now that weird I uninstall Eset it works I install ESET Internet Security 2019 - 12.0.27.0 it also works but then I get an error message that ESET has something with module updates that cannot be fixed.

So I reinstall ESET Internet Security 2020 - 13.0.22.0 and it doesn't work again.

I deinstalieren ESET completely it works again.

This does not work with the button for all other versions after ESET Internet Security 2020 - 13.0.22.0.

It also does not work if you deactivate ESET for 10 minutes. Firewall, like virus protection, only deinstallation is successful.

This is clearly due to ESET, because, as I said, it is completely uninstalled.

Can ESET solve this because it's really annoying or is there a solution?

The most current version of Eset IS is ver. 14.0.22. I strongly recommend you upgrade to that version and see if this solves your issues.

I can only offer that (I'm 14.0.22.0)-- MY PayPal Pmt problems -- seem to be fixed WHEN I can see/Find an "Allow  Cookies" Popup that I must OK (usually toward page bottom) , and THIS with Cookie AutoDelete showing designated cookies - per screen I'm on - at least Gray-listed. Clk'ing CONTINUE Button after some PayPal connected screen nets an eternal spinning circle, etc, UNLESS I have OK'd the Allow Cookies popup. On rare occasions I've Disabled some/all of uBO, Privacy Possum, and LocalCDN - but Cookie Popup OK seems to be the main issue

I hope your solution is similar.
