Bonjour,

Suite à l'installation de Eset protect 8.0 sur un serveur je rencontre une erreur lors de la connexion à l'interface WEB

Donc je test avec de faux crédentials, cela me met que mes crédentials sont incorrect logique, je test avec les bons, ma session charge, elle s'ouvre cependant je ne peux ouvrir aucune fonctionnalité car j'ai un message d'erreur indiquant : 

Erreur de chargement des données : La session n'est pas valide. 

J'ai le menu du coté avec les différents boutons mais je ne peux rien sélectionner le résultat est une page blanche.

J'ai déjà reset les services, redémarrer le serveur, changer de navigateur, les vérifications de base.

 

Hello, Following the installation of Eset protect 8.0 on a server I encountered an error when connecting to the WEB interface So I tested with false credentials.

It tells me that my credentials are incorrect, thats logics, i did it voluntarily,

I tested with the correct ones, my session loads, it opens however I cannot open any functionality because I have an error message indicating:

Error loading data: The session is not valid.

i have the left side bar menu with the different button but i can't select one of them, the result is a blank page

I already did the restart of the services, the restart of the server and the change of the browser, all basics checks.

Please also check whether your Java version is actually distributed. Seems that there might be similar issues with latest Java versions, as mentioned in another topic:

Test en chrome and edge. 

Any idea?

Please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. Do you use a load ballancer? Tomcat access logs will be needed for perusal.

That happens if a post is made in an incorrect forum. This one is for ESET PROTECT and the OP had ESET PROTECT installed. Nevertheless, please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor.
