jinlei801011 2 Posted April 5, 2021 Share Posted April 5, 2021 My customer uninstalled jdk11 and apache tomcat today, and installed jdk16 and reinstalled tomcat using ESET Protect AIO installer, but it cause "Error loading data: Session is not valid" error after login to ESET Protect. How to solve it? You should use an older version or another Java distribution supported by console. 16 is not supported. We had the same issue as you.
