Device control issue with bitlocked usb storage device

Hi,

Since I've activated device control (just to log information, not blocked), I can no longer use use USB storage wich was previously bitlocked.

Device is seen but volume does not mount (see picture). I tried on several computer and same behavior. If I deactivate device control then it works.

Some help is needed please.

I for one haven't come across such issue yet so I would recommend opening a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. I assume that rebooting the machine doesn't make any difference, does it?

Please provide customer care with log collected with ESET Log Collector after:
- enabling advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for technical support
- reproducing the issue (connect the drive and reproduce the block)
- disabling logging.

Rebooting the computer did not solve the problem. As I said it occurs on different computer.

I am going to open support ticket.

I let you know here what's next. It could help people.
