Stephane DORION 0 Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 Hi, Since I've activated device control (just to log information, not blocked), I can no longer use use USB storage wich was previously bitlocked. Device is seen but volume does not mount (see picture). I tried on several computer and same behavior. If I deactivate device control then it works. Some help is needed please. I assume that rebooting the machine doesn't make any difference, does it? Please provide customer care with log collected with ESET Log Collector after: - enabling advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for technical support - reproducing the issue (connect the drive and reproduce the block) - disabling logging.
