Problems with installing Mitsubishi plc programs under eset

I am using eset internet security and I have been trying to install some programs I use for installing the plc code for printing machines. The programs I use are GX Developer and GX Configurator all provided by Mitsubishi. How ever I find that either the instaltion does not even run or it gets to a certain point about 80% and then crashes. I have found that eset does detect the autorun file in these programs as a Trojan, which is not correct. I would like to get eset to analise these programs so that they can be used under eset. Unfortunately the files are large for the whole program . (Between 125 meg and 800 meg), so I cannot send them via email, and the version of eset that I have does not have a send file for analisys function in the tools section, only in the cuarentine section.

try to send the file via the online form.
https://www.eset.com/int/support/malware-analysis/

if it doesn't accept it, upload it to a location like google drive or OneDrive and send the link along with your message to the form.
could you open the autorun file to notepad and copy paste the conents here? or post it as images. btw i believe all programs of eset have a submit file for analysis option.

it's weird that the submit file doesn't exist in your program.

i can't view the file. files uploaded in the forum posts are visible only to moderators and eset staff, that's why i asked to copy paste the contents here or picture them. sorry i didn't clarify it earlier.

nothing out of the ordinary there. see the available support options in the link below, upload the file to a secure location and follow the instructions in the category "Submit a suspicious file / potential false positive file for analysis via email" and send them the link

I tried to use the email link but Yahoo says the email address is wrong. So not sure what to do. solved there was a full stop after the .com sent it.

Never ever use a PC for PLC installation having an antivirus software or a firewall. Use a dedicated laptop for industrial programming.

You may brick the machines otherwise...

Surprisingly I had the programs installed on my windows 7 machine and then the hard drive died and I could not clone it so had to do a complete reinstall. Thats when the problem started. I tried installing the programs on my windows 10 work laptop and same issue. I have been using Eset products for years now and had it on my old hard drive. No problems. So I think the problem between these programs and eset is a recent issue. I do have the programs installed on an XP machine. Problem is that is all I use it for and I do not have to install the codes regularly, only when the code is lost due to a power outage and the plc battery is flat.
